Family Yoga on the Farm

Join certified instructor and Ridgebury Mom, Erika Newell for Family Yoga on the Farm!

Erika has been teaching adaptive Yoga to people of all ages and abilities for over 10 years.  She discovered the benefits of Yoga while recovering from the physical and emotional trauma after having breast cancer as a young mother. On her journey back to physical and mental wellness, she also became a Certified Personal Trainer, a Mobility Coach, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist. She has taught in schools, camps and studios in the Washington, DC area, as well as Yoga for Cancer Zoom classes through Johns Hopkins Medicine | Sibley Memorial Hospital.

For ages 4 and up. Note: All participants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
